Insurance Coverage for ABA Therapy

Insurance Verification Process

Breyta will work with your insurance provider to make sure your child’s ABA Therapy is covered! We accept most major insurance providers. We will help you understand any financial responsibilities you may have, for instance, co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance provider payments. Most families are only responsible for a co-pay!

In order to verify your child’s insurance benefit we will need the following information, which is also requested in the intake packet:

• • A copy of the Policy Holder’s insurance card (Front & Back)
  • The child’s date of birth
